Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant, you will help large organizations design practical Compliance & Ethics solutions on our SaaS platform. You’ll deliver tailored product demonstrations and lead technical discovery to map client needs to capabilities. You’ll showcase AI-powered features with a focus on responsible use, and collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy and enable adoption. You will also contribute to product roadmap input and cross‑functional go‑to‑market efforts, connecting customer needs with scalable solutions.

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
• Lead technical and functional discovery to align needs with product capabilities
• Demonstrate AI-powered product capabilities and governance considerations
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical adoption barriers
• Respond to RFPs and security reviews with clarity

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 3+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role in corporate or SaaS environments
• Strong technical fluency: explain APIs, data integrations, SSO, and navigate SaaS/enterprise IT
• C1 German and English proficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders
