Solution Consultant - Sustainability

As a Solution Consultant, you lead technical discovery and design customized data-management solutions on the Workiva platform. You bridge sales, IT, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into integrated, AI-enabled workflows and finance-transformation initiatives. You own technical outcomes end-to-end within your territory and help customers modernize data management across complex ecosystems. This role combines consulting, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value and ROI.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead technical exploration for integration and data management externally and within the Workiva platform
• Bridge technical expertise with customer needs during sales and engagement
• Guide IT discussions on Fit of Workiva in customer tech ecosystems
• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to define challenges and requirements
• Lead cross-functional Workiva resources on customer initiatives
• Design customized solutions to reinvent finance processes
• Create/adapt demo solutions for customers and prospects
• Provide project and relationship management for larger customers
• Develop trusted relationships with senior customer teams
• Identify transformation opportunities across the finance organization using Workiva

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 4+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience presenting/demos or implementing complex software platforms (ERP, BI, financial performance management)
• Strong communication and leadership skills; client-facing consulting experience
• Proven ability to influence decisions and contribute to sales strategies
• Ability to travel up to 30%
