From our omni-channel cloud contact center solution to our bespoke integration systems, we use cutting-edge technology to transform communications and make mass personalization a reality.
This includes our development of AI and propensity modelling to create the seamless end-to-end customer journeys that inspire loyalty and power the success of organizations worldwide. As a Solutions Consultant you will deliver compelling software solutions to clients, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem and a strongbackground in a client - facing SaaS or CCaaS environment.
Thecandidate will have a history of engaging at CXO level, leveraging a consultancybased approach, with a particular focus around personalisation of the messaging based on the buying centre's role.
To be successful in this role, it is critical you have the ability to design and develop solutions in accordance with actual customer requirements to meet and exceed their needs in a timely manner.
