Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial client brief and candidate sourcing to final offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various online channels, professional networks, and databases.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural alignment with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, providing regular updates and market insights.
• Achieve and exceed personal placement targets and contribute positively to the team's overall success.
• Utilize and optimize recruitment technology and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and client interactions efficiently.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in recruitment consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment desk autonomously.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills, with a strong understanding of effective interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging online presence.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
