Senior Manager, AI & Data Consulting - Financial Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager, AI & Data Consulting – Financial Services (m/f/d) to help leading financial institutions turn their AI ambitions into measurable business value. You will work with senior business and technology leaders to define AI and data strategies, shape target architectures and operating models, and lead complex transformation engagements. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong consulting judgement, financial services experience, technical credibility and the ability to independently own client engagements.

ResponsibilitiesAdvise financial services clients on AI and data strategies linked to business outcomesIndependently lead complex consulting engagements from problem definition through deliveryTranslate business, regulatory and technology challenges into actionable roadmapsLead senior stakeholder workshops across data readiness, governance, architecture and AI enablementDefine data governance frameworks, operating models, semantic layers and target data architecturesProvide leadership across metadata, lineage, data quality, observability and data productsLead multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams and take accountability for delivery quality and client outcomesBuild trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholdersShape proposals, client opportunities and follow-on engagementsMentor consultants and architects within the practiceRequirementsExtensive

experience in data strategy, data architecture, AI enablement or related consulting rolesStrong track record delivering complex data or AI programs for financial institutionsStrong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance and modern data platformsGood understanding of AI, generative AI and the data foundations required for enterprise AI adoptionExperience with data governance, metadata, lineage, quality, semantic models and data productsAbility to combine executive-level strategy discussions with architecture and implementation topicsProven ability to independently lead client engagements and make decisions in ambiguous situationsStrong stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skillsCommercial experience in solution shaping, proposals and business developmentFluency in German and EnglishRelevant university degree or equivalent professional experienceNice to
