Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients, ensuring efficient and effective candidate placement.

• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies utilizing online platforms, social media, and professional networks.

• Conduct thorough virtual interviews and candidate assessments to gauge skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and hiring managers through digital communication.

• Provide strategic advice and market intelligence to clients regarding current talent trends and compensation benchmarks.

• Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates in a remote context.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment consultancy, with a significant focus on remote or hybrid roles.

• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering results in a distributed team environment.

• Exceptional virtual communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), video conferencing tools, and other remote work technologies.
