Recruitment Consultant - Remote

Our client, a forward-thinking global Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role is instrumental in identifying and securing top talent for clients across a diverse range of sectors, with a focus on tech and professional services. You will manage the entire recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement and onboarding, operating entirely from a remote location. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and skilled in building rapport virtually. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through diverse online channels and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through consistent virtual communication.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in remote recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates effectively using digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
