PTC and ITC Infotech have been partners for over 20 years, working together to help customers achieve value from digital transformation. ITC Infotech recently acquired a portion of PTC’s implementation services team and has now set up its own business unit called DxP Services, which will be the largest concentration of Windchill PLM services expertise in the industry. PLM experts transferring from PTC will combine with ITCI’s existing PLM practice to deliver PTC Windchill implementations to our customers. DxP Services is selling and delivering Digital Transformation programs and is also PTC’s chosen partner for the joint development and delivery of SaaS conversion projects globally.

TasksLead process consulting and software integration projects for our clients as a Master Architect for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT)Create digital transformation roadmaps and customer-specific solution architectures for the implementation and expansion of PTC Windchill and ThingWorxManage and coordinate project teamsAnalyze customer requirements, design and specify the solutions and ensure their successful implementationEnsure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processesDesign standardized solution components as part of the portfolio of DxP ServicesSupport the further development of DxP Services’ methods and strategies in the area of PLM and IoTIdentify potential new projects with clients and support acquisition of this new businessSupport of sales and marketing activities of DxP Services for strategic customers in
