About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is establishing a fully remote team and is seeking talented Recruitment Consultants to specialize in global markets. This role, based notionally in Soweto, Gauteng, will operate entirely remotely, allowing you to connect with clients and candidates across international borders. You will be responsible for identifying talent needs for our diverse global client base, sourcing highly skilled professionals from around the world, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international clients seeking talent across various sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates globally, utilizing diverse online platforms and networks.
• Develop a strong understanding of different international labor markets and cultural nuances.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with overseas clients and candidates.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination across time zones.
• Negotiate international employment offers and facilitate global onboarding processes.
• Stay informed about international recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets in a remote, global context.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with exposure to international recruitment being a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using global recruitment platforms, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple international assignments concurrently.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a virtual work environment.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent international experience.
