Consultant/Manager of the Swiss Advisory Services team, you will work directly with life sciences clients as a trusted partner, helping them navigate complex strategic and operational challenges.

Consultant at IQVIA, you will be responsible for managing or leading multiple engagements and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries by: /plipManaging project teams in the design, development and delivery of client deliverables /p /lilipLeveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions /p /lilipServing as key point of contact with clients /p /lilipProviding follow-up with clients after engagements have been completed to ensure client satisfaction /p /lilipEnsuring clear communication throughout projects and within the team /p /lilipSupporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements /p /lilipManaging the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity /p /lilipDeveloping and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads /p /lilipDeveloping broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training /p /lilipProviding direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.

Direct consulting teams through consistent participation in team meetings /p /lilipProviding high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client /p /lilipSharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients /p /lilipLeading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development /p /lilipServing as a coach to junior members /p /lipbYour Porfile /b /plip5–8 years of experience in insights, analytics, or consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, with demonstrated career progression and increasing levels of responsibility. /p /lilipStrong expertise in commercial strategy, including sales force effectiveness, segmentation targeting, field force sizing, launch excellence, promotional effectiveness, commercial analytics, and operating model design. /p /lilipSolid understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, key market challenges, and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques. /p /lilipStrong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. /p /lilipProven experience leading strategic consulting engagements, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. /p /lilipDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to set clear direction, delegate effectively, coach and develop team members, and empower others to take on greater responsibility and make decisions independently. /p /lilipExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and business writing skills. /p /lilipStrong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executives. /p /lilipExperience working effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. /p /lilipAbility to identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to business growth. /p /lilipBachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage. /p /lilipFluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. /p /lilipWillingness to travel within Switzerland (20–25%) and right to live and work in the recruiting country. /p /lilipDemonstrates client centricity, delivery excellence, collaboration, empowerment, and coaching in day-to-day interactions and leadership. /p /lipbBenefits /b /ppWe work hard to prioritise the things that matter most to you.
