Flex Suisse is growing, and we’re looking for two new consultants: Business Development Consultant The role will focus on driving client acquisition, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our presence in the legal and compliance staffing market.

Responsibilities: Drive client acquisition and develop new business opportunities in the legal & compliance space Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Switzerland and Liechtenstein Identify client needs and position suitable staffing solutions (interim and permanent) Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to successful placement Contribute to the growth strategy and market positioning of Flex Suisse Experience: 1–3 years of experience in consulting (ideally Big 4 FS), legal, compliance or recruitment Strong understanding of sales dynamics, business development, and client relationship management Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to build networks and open doors Native or near-native fluency in German and English is required Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein Talent Management Consultant This role goes beyond sourcing - it’s about building long-term relationships with legal and compliance professionals and managing talent across active client projects.

Responsibilities: Build, manage, and develop long-term relationships with legal and compliance professionals Identify, engage, and match suitable candidates to client mandates Manage candidate pipelines and ensure structured, efficient processes Take ownership of active client projects and ensure timely delivery of suitable profilesMaintain high activity levels while ensuring quality in candidate selection and delivery Experience: 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or legal/compliance environments Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term candidate engagement High level of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organisational skills and ability to structure workflows and pipelines Native or near-native fluency in German and English is required Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein Why Flex Suisse?
