Tasks You develop strategies that enable our clients to achieve their business goals through the targeted use of data and AI. You analyze existing business strategies, processes, and structures and show where and how data and artificial intelligence demonstrably create business value.

You identify high-impact areas for data- and AI-driven innovations and help to concretely describe use cases, prioritize them, and evaluate their ROI. You structure complex issues, translate them into clearly prioritized actions, and develop feasible roadmaps.

You design organizational and governance models that enable and anchor the targeted use of data and AI even in decentralized structures.

Skill set What sets you apart You have several years of experience in developing business strategies or in organizational development – ideally in the context of data or digital strategies – from (in-house) consulting. You bring a solid consulting toolkit – from strategic-conceptual work to project management and stakeholder communication.

You have an overview of relevant application areas of data & AI in companies and can specifically assess use cases regarding their impact and business value. You speak and write fluent German at C1 level. We believe that you know best how, when, and where you are productive. Fosters curiosity. Learning never stops with us.
