Your Role As a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant within our Business Reinvention team at frog, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (strategy, data, product, engineering) to translate strategy into concrete solutions.

Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on attitude, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Global Collaboration: Work across global teams and brands, expanding your network through programs like InventX and contributing to international transformation efforts.

You will lead workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive the translation of strategy into tangible business impact. Drive the analysis of markets, customer needs and business challenges to identify reinvention opportunities and develop strategies and business cases.

Design and implement innovative business models and support go-to-market and monetization strategies. Shape and support the implementation of target operating models and transformation initiatives, including change and adoption. Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting client pitches.

Your Profile Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, science, or a related field. 3–6+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or a high‑growth environment.

Experience across topics such as strategy & growth, business model innovation, operating model design, transformation delivery, or customer experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience structuring complex problems and developing business cases.

Experience working with data and AI (including GenAI) and the ability to translate capabilities into business value. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contribute to client interactions independently. Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English; German is an advantage.
