Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Responsibilities Provide functional support and troubleshooting for core Sage Intacct modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Purchasing. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Deliver one-on-one and small-group training on Sage Intacct workflows, best practices, and system navigation. Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base articles and training resources. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or additional user training.
Stay current on Sage Intacct updates and release changes that impact system support.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sage Intacct, ideally in a support or consulting capacity Strong grasp of core accounting principles and financial processes Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve client concerns effectively Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills Experience facilitating remote training sessions and developing user-facing document
