Support Consultant (m/f/d) CS/QA Responsibilities Processing and analyzing support requests related to Cideon software solutions Conducting product tests and quality assurance measures Creating and updating technical documentation Supporting the technical implementation of projects Analyzing, reproducing, and isolating software errors through log analysis, debugging, and testing Close collaboration with development, consulting, and product management to find solutions Contributing to the further development of internal processes and knowledge databases Profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification Experience in software support, testing, or analyzing technical issues is a plus Knowledge of SAP PLM, document management, CAD, or PLM systems is desirable Basic understanding of software development and programming (e.g., ABAP, C#, JavaScript, or Python) Experience analyzing and reproducing software bugs, as well as working with log files and error messages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong customer and service orientation Structured, independent, and team-oriented work Process optimizers and system integrators, product data consultants, and digital enablers.
