In this key position, you will play a decisive role in shaping the ITS Division’s international accounting functions. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, the CFO, the Group Finance team and the local finance teams worldwide. As a skilled sparring partner for management and international stakeholders, you will actively support the management of a dynamic, growth-oriented group.

Job DescriptionManagement responsibility for four colleagues from the ITS Group Accounting TeamCoordination and quality assurance of the subsidiaries’ monthly reporting, including intercompany reconciliationPreparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review of the IFRS reporting packagesDesigning the implementation of central holding company functions within the company’s Group Accounting departmentProviding technical and IT support and advice to domestic and foreign subsidiariesDesigning and further developing consolidation processes, including the consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS)Further development of the Group and accounting policies, as well as maintenance of the Group chart of accounts in SAPPreparation of specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRSInvolvement in integration processes following acquisitions and in

internal transformation projectsQualificationsA successfully completed degree with a specialisation in accounting, finance, management accounting, etc. Several years’ relevant professional experience in an international environmentExtensive leadership experience and skillsKnowledge of IFRS and the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, group accounting and international tax mattersExperience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (particularly SAP) would be an advantageExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishStrong analytical and holistic thinkingInitiative, quick comprehension and an independent, meticulous and proactive approach to workStrong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, with a high sense of responsibilityAdditional InformationAttractive salary: depending on experience; development opportunities within the
