Responsibilities
• Technical consulting and support for one of our major clients
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the development department
• Interface to internal departments (e.g., sales, IT)
• Configuration and testing of customer connections
Qualifications
• Completed training or degree in IT and/or several years of professional experience in IT support, IT consulting, application engineering, or similar fields
• Strong technical know‑how and a high level of customer focus
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Payment experience is a plus
