Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module. • Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes. • Analyze requirements and design technical solutions. • Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements for the HCM module. • Document developments and conduct technical testing. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating SAP HCM solutions to meet our clients' needs. Your Profile: • Between 4 and 6 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module. • Advanced English level. • Experience with ALV reports, SmartForms, Enhancements, BAPIs, BiB, Infoporter, BADIs, and User Exits. • Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services. • Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
