Trade & Investment Consultant

Are you interested in international business, investment, innovation and connecting companies across markets?

The Catalonia Trade & Investment Office in Germany is looking for a Trade & Investment Consultant to join our team and help strengthen business connections between Catalonia and Germany across the DACH region.

What will you do?

• Support companies in exploring the German market and international opportunities
• Conduct market research and develop economic and sector reports
• Build and maintain a strong network of business, institutional and innovation contacts
• Work on consulting projects related to trade promotion, investment attraction and innovation
• Connect Catalan companies with German ecosystems, partners and business opportunities

What are we looking for?

• A degree in International Business, International Relations, Economics, Law or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in international trade, innovation and/or foreign investment
• C1 level German and English, plus operational Catalan and/or Spanish
• Knowledge of the German and/or Catalan business and socioeconomic landscape
• Strong communication and commercial skills, autonomy, and a client- and results-oriented mindset

Location: Berlin or Stuttgart (candidates must be based in the city or surrounding areas)

Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period
