You will accompany employees, managers and trading partners in their professional and personal development, develop modern learning formats and support the sustainable implementation of development measures in the car dealership and retail environment.

What to expect: • Conception, moderation and implementation of face-to-face, online and blended learning measures • Coaching and support of employees, managers and trading partners in development and change processes • Development and further development of modern learning concepts, training materials and digital learning formats • Advice and support in optimizing sales, service and management processes in the retail environment • Ensuring sustainable learning transfer through practical support and follow-up measures • Close cooperation with departments, managers and other stakeholders What you can look forward to: • Long-term, strategically relevant mandate for a leading automotive manufacturer and its dealer network • Individual training offers for you personally (trainings & workshops) • Corporate benefits with numerous benefits • Sustainable offers such as BikeLeasing and CO2 Challenge • up to 3 days of special leave for volunteer work • On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve we give you half a day of holiday for free • Successes are of course celebrated with us - whether in team or company events What sets you apart: • Completed studies in the field of education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or personnel developer • Sound experience in the automotive trade or car dealership environment as well as knowledge of relevant sales, service and management processes • Experience in the design, implementation and further development of training, coaching and development measures • Sound knowledge in the areas of leadership, communication, change management and digitalization • Experience in the development of modern learning concepts as well as digital learning formats (e.g. blended learning, e-learning) • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and learning platforms • Strong communication, moderation and consulting skills • Structured way of working as well as project management and stakeholder management skills • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken • High willingness to travel throughout Germany This is what makes the role special You are not only a trainer, but also a coach and learning consultant.

You will work exclusively for a well-known automobile manufacturer and become part of a long-term qualification and development program. You will develop people, design learning concepts and accompany change processes – with a direct influence on the further development of a leading automotive manufacturer and its dealer network.
