When it comes time to evaluate or transition their practice/business, many look for a trusted advisor to help them through what can be a complicated, stressful and confusing process.
This critical position is to be that expert and key advisor – responsible for selling and providing brokerage and other dental practice transition and valuation services.
Your role will be the consultant and expert guide through the evaluation of the business, preparation for a transition, listing and showing of the practice, evaluation and negotiation of offers and transaction terms, assisting in securing financing, closing and post‑transaction handoff / follow‑up.
