Benefits Health and welfare insurance plans. What You’ll Do on a Typical Day Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts. Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience.
Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non‑standard and multi‑destination ticket exchanges and complex fares. Handles both routine and non‑routine work, including assistance with department‑related projects and implementations (clean‑up, startup, close‑out, etc.).
What We’re Looking For 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background. Experience in travel support roles preferred. English fluent – written and spoken; 2nd language a plus. High level of accuracy and diligent work. Basic MS Office skills. Capable of working with minimal supervision.
