What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
• Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts.
• Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences.
• Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience.
• Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non‑standard and multi‑destination ticket exchanges and complex fares.
• Handles both routine and non‑routine work, including assistance with department‑related projects and implementations (clean‑up, startup, close‑out, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background.
• Experience in travel support roles preferred.
• English fluent – written and spoken; 2nd language a plus.
• High level of accuracy and diligent work.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong travel industry knowledge.
• Skilled in GDS – Sabre preferred.
