Project Manager and Client Advisor - Ventilated FacadeWhat if you contributed to bringing the facades of tomorrow to life?FTG Façades Techniques SA, a subsidiary of Viteos SA, designs and constructs ventilated facades combining technical performance, architectural quality, and sustainability.Specializing in new construction and renovation projects, we support our clients in the development of demanding structures throughout Switzerland.

Your technical and commercial skills allow you to take charge of establishing offers from the proposal of the solution to the client until the contract is obtained.

Technical advice, the preparation and submission of offers, tender documents, and negotiation are part of your daily tasks.As the primary contact for architects, general contractors, and project owners during this phase, you are the guarantor of the technical and economic quality of the offers you submit.

Once the contract is obtained, you transmit a complete file to the project managers who then ensure the execution.Responsibilities:Technical studies and offers:- Analyze private and public tender files.- Study plans, specifications, and technical documents.- Perform measurements and quantity calculations.- Develop quotes and cost estimates with precision, seeking the most relevant technical and financial solutions.- Prepare commercial offers in compliance with technical, financial, and client requirements.Client relations and negotiation:- Exchange with clients and conduct site visits to propose technical or financial solutions adapted to their needs and answer their questions.- Present, defend, and negotiate offers until they are obtained.- Propose technical and economic value-added variants for the client.- Ensure follow-up of ongoing offers and follow up on files when necessary.- Develop and retain a client portfolio in the long term.Economic management of projects:- Consult suppliers and negotiate the best conditions.- Ensure the projected profitability of projects.- Prepare the transmission of files to project managers after the sale and ensure consistency between design and execution.Prerequisites:You have solid experience in the building sector and more particularly in facades or sub-construction; you appreciate both analytical work and exchanges with clients.

You are capable of understanding a project in its entirety, costing it with rigor, and defending your technical choices with conviction.You possess in particular:- A technical degree in building, civil engineering, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in sales or the establishment of offers in construction.- Confirmed experience in the building envelope (ventilated facades, cladding, metalwork, metal framing, or similar activity).

Specific experience in ventilated facades constitutes a real asset.- Good knowledge of public and private tenders.- Excellent reading of plans and technical documents.- Good mastery of measurements and cost analysis.- Ease in exchanges with architects, general contractors, and project owners.- A real sense of negotiation and service.- Excellent writing skills and a high mastery of French.- Knowledge of AutoCAD constitutes an asset.Why apply with us?You join a solid and agile company, where each project is unique.
