Workday Financial Consultant (Associate)
At Kainos, you’ll work as part of a team to support the implementation and configuration of enterprise‑scale Workday Financial Management software solutions for our global customer base, focusing on areas such as general accounting, procurement, and receivables.
You’ll co‑operate with team members to understand customer requirements when implementing Workday financials, and with guidance from more senior consultants, you’ll deliver solutions aligned to customer needs. You’ll know when to appropriately elevate issues and seek support from your more experienced team members.
Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision. What we are looking for Workday Financials Certification Good customer focus, with some experience in a customer‑facing environment.
Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility, including in a remote working situation. Attention to detail. Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality and accuracy at all times.
