About Job We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal requirements. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications. • Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration. • Provide end‑user training and develop system documentation. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post‑implementation. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards. • Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements.

Preferred Skills • Experience with Workday tools like EIB, Report Writer. • Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques. • Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. • Knowledge of localization and compliance requirements across regions.

Required Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Workday HCM. • Proven track record of successful Workday implementations. • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
