Keylime Consultants are working with an established global Workday Partner that is looking to strengthen its consulting team with the appointment of a Workday Time & Absence Consultant.This role, which requires German and English language skills, will focus on delivering post-go-live Workday solutions across Absence Management and Time Tracking for a portfolio of international clients.Working closely with client stakeholders, you’ll gather and understand requirements, design effective solutions and take responsibility for configuration, testing and ongoing system enhancements.You’ll act as a subject matter expert within Workday Time Tracking and Absence, helping clients get greater value from their existing Workday deployment while also contributing to the wider development of the consulting team.Alongside hands-on client delivery, you’ll provide guidance and support to junior consultants, share knowledge internally and help strengthen capability across the wider Workday practice.You’ll typically work across several client assignments in parallel, building strong relationships with both client teams and internal stakeholders.The position is predominantly home-based.
