HRIT People is working with a global industrial technology group based in the Ruhr area to find an Internal SAP SuccessFactors Lead for their Enterprise Applications team.

The business is international and growing fast, with several thousand employees worldwide and multi-billion-dollar revenue. It's investing heavily in its HR systems to keep pace with that growth.

The role

They are live on Employee Central, with further modules being rolled out globally alongside an external implementation partner. They need someone in-house to own the platform: the person who holds the knowledge internally, keeps things running smoothly, and makes sure the consultants deliver what the business actually needs.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Own the operation and ongoing improvement of the global SuccessFactors landscape
• Manage incidents and service requests, and keep users happy
• Work with HR to identify, shape and deliver system and process improvements
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployments and post-go-live stabilisation
• Support interfaces between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, payroll, Concur and ServiceNow
• Manage external partners and SAP support, while keeping ownership internally
• Drive automation, standardisation, governance and compliance across HR applications

What they're looking for

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally with a focus on Employee Central
• Exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning
• A background in HRIS, application management or HR technology
• A good understanding of HR processes and integrated system landscapes
• Some experience with interfaces, APIs or integration monitoring
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• A structured, proactive approach, and comfort owning things
