Overview In this role you help shape the people strategy within Julius Baer by delivering comprehensive HR consulting to line management and staff. You partner with HR stakeholders to support the employee lifecycle, leadership coaching, and key HR processes, while addressing complex employee relations and exit scenarios. You will work in a cross-functional, international environment and contribute to HR projects and system improvements. Verantwortungsbereiche Provide comprehensive HR advisory to line management and staff across the Zurich workforce Coach and support managers in leadership and people management throughout the employee lifecycle Foster strong partnerships with the business and HR stakeholders on HR topics Handle complex employee relations in collaboration with HR Legal and other stakeholders Support recruiting processes including candidate searches, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding Support HR Business Partners in implementing core HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, reorganisations) Manage redundancy and exit processes in coordination with managers and legal/HR teams Maintain and develop expertise in HR Connect (Workday) and related HR systems Actively participate in HR projects Zentrale Anforderungen Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role (min. +5 years)
