For our customer, we are looking for a ServiceNow Dev Request / Catalog Consultant to support the implementation and redesign of Service Catalog solutions within ServiceNow. Your main task is to take ownership of the development of catalog items, service offerings, and fulfillment flows, working closely with the process and requirements analysts within an agile delivery team.

Tasks:

• Implementation and development of Service Catalog solutions in ServiceNow
• Development and maintenance of catalog items, service offerings, and fulfillment flows
• Hands-on development of workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Collaboration with process and requirements analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Supporting the consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels
• Taking ownership of the development and implementation of catalog items and fulfillment flows
• Supporting the transformation of a large and fragmented service landscape, including ITSM items, mobile products, and EAM identities

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong practical experience with Service Catalog and Catalog Items
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and fulfillment workflows
• Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Experience working in an agile delivery team
• German or English speaking
• EU-based
