About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Management Consultant to drive Business Transformation initiatives for clients nationwide, operating from a fully remote capacity. This role is centered on guiding organizations through significant change, enabling them to adapt to evolving market demands, embrace new technologies, and optimize their business processes for future success. You will work closely with executive teams remotely, developing strategic roadmaps and leading the implementation of transformative changes. The ideal candidate is a change agent with extensive experience in transformation projects and a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment, serving clients across Mpumalanga and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation programs.
• Analyze current business processes, organizational structures, and technology landscapes to identify areas for transformation.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder engagements to build consensus and drive adoption of changes.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring successful and timely delivery of transformation goals.
• Provide guidance and support to client teams throughout the change process.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record in business transformation or change management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects in diverse organizational settings.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, project management methodologies, and process optimization.
• Exceptional remote communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
