As (Senior) Consultant – Transaction Services (d/f/m), you bring deals to light: You analyze business models, prepare detailed financial due diligence reports for both the buy and sell sides, and help investors identify risks and unlock value potential. You use data-driven methods and structured analyses, always working as part of an experienced team

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services or Auditing
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• You bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands‑on mentality, and enjoy working independently and solution‑oriented
