Responsibilities Overseeing consulting engagements Contributing to budgeting, scoping, and designing project roadmaps Creating high-quality project work-products/deliverables Building credibility with client management-level staff Developing engagement hypotheses based on client context Providing timely, constructive feedback on projects Leveraging knowledge of AI to identify opportunities Assisting in client interviews and workshops Meeting utilization and sales targets Participating in hiring new associates Mentoring junior associates Requirements MBA or other advanced degree preferred 5+ years of extensive experience in ERP Cloud Consulting within Oracle, Workday, or SAP Understanding of finance business capabilities Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery Sales experience is a plus Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a workstream lead preferred Experience working with multiple IT or Technology solutions Experience working with State and Local Government clientsConsistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions Experience leading an ERP Cloud workstream Successful completion of at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation (Oracle, Workday, or SAP) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in ERP Cloud Consulting with a focus on Oracle, Workday, or SAP, alongside strong project management capabilities.
