Role Overview Strada Pay is a cloud‑based payroll calculation engine that continuously recalculates payroll and delivers instant updates when changes occur. With SOC1 compliance controls, a comprehensive dashboard, and built‑in anomaly detection, it reduces processing pressure, minimizes downtime, and improves payroll accuracy.

As Strada Pay expands globally, we are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to support implementations within the designated country. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from client liaison and requirement confirmation to configuration, testing, and go‑live support.

Work with the client to capture payroll configuration information required to finalize Strada Pay workbooks. Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards (product & processes). Validate payroll solution and integrations as part of the project testing cycles. Perform data validations in the payroll system.

Provide knowledge transfer to ongoing application services for payroll solution maintenance. Input to and update the project plan. Support data mapping and validation across all systems and issue resolution. Support integration issue resolution. Support UAT and parallel testing. Define and resolve workarounds.

Requirements Experience in a functional consulting or analytical capacity within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment. Strong knowledge of the specified country’s payroll and compliance (e.g., tax, legislation). Experience with the payroll implementation project lifecycle.

Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate and document client requirements. Creative and simple problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Flexibility to support a global and fast‑paced environment.

Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills.
