Responsibilities • Organise daily operations of the ChemDataSharing platform. • Maintain platform administration, including financial management. • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders, coordinating technical work and progressing discussions. • Prepare drafts of legal documents, flagging potential issues before they arise. • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure platform profitability. • Support clients in day‑to‑day REACH/biocides business operations and data sharing topics. • Maintain contacts with third parties and authorities such as ECHA and the European Commission on behalf of clients. • Provide thought leadership, advise clients on regulatory impacts, and identify opportunities and risks. • Resolve client challenges and develop creative solutions. • Liaise with clients to generate innovative solutions.

Role Overview The Consortia Project Manager will lead the ChemDataSharing platform, managing its administration, financials and stakeholder relationships, and supporting clients on REACH and biocides compliance.

Qualifications • Master’s degree or equivalent. • 8–12 years of client‑facing project management experience within a consulting environment. • Strong knowledge of REACH, BPR, CLP and related EU chemicals legislation. • Proven record of working with multiple stakeholders in joint projects where communication and decision‑making are critical. • Excellent English communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal proficiency. • Experience advising clients on regulatory issues. • Advanced understanding of competition law and REACH‑related legal and contractual matters. • Interest in project financial management and willingness to learn complex cost‑sharing rules. • Ability to manage and lead IT development tasks and improve digital tools.
