About the Team Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology is a leader in cardiac electrophysiology, focused on diagnosing and curatively treating heart rhythm disorders through catheter-based procedures.

Responsibilities • Provide consulting and support to medical staff for using the Carto3 navigation system during electrophysiological procedures. • Act as the primary contact for clinic personnel regarding the product portfolio (consumables and capital goods) in minimally invasive electrophysiology. • Improve procedure efficiency and system utilisation through evidence‑based, project‑driven work. • Drive holistic development of EP laboratories and support sustainability projects. • Identify potential growth opportunities and be accountable for revenue generation. • Analyse customer needs and objectives to sustainably expand relationships. • Serve as liaison between customers and the internal technical team and other stakeholders.

Salary Position is tariff level E12 (annual €63,960) under the Hamburg Chemical Industry Agreement, paid in 13 monthly salaries.
