Position Summary
The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist (CCP) is responsible to draw from geriatric‑focused clinical practice guidelines and collaborate inside multidisciplinary teams to deliver clinical recommendations and process‑guidance for a portfolio of residential care, assisted living, and independent living homes to optimise resident outcomes, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role is located in Regina and Moose Jaw. It is a maternity leave position for 18 months.
