What You Will Be Doing Analyzing the current operating model, organizational setup, and sourcing choices, and advising on opportunities for improvement Designing organization models, including teams, roles, responsibilities, scale, ways of working, and governance Developing a sourcing strategy and supporting its execution Guiding organizational change: implementing the designed organization with a focus on roles, governance, and collaboration Continuously contributing to advisory work and stakeholder management at executive and C-level Taking an active role in knowledge development and propositions within the practice Every week offers a mix of analysis, design, guidance, and collaboration in a team, with and for our clients.

What will you do?

As a Medior Consultant (Digital) Organization, you help large organizations translate their business ambitions into an appropriate (digital) organization. You guide our clients in making decisions about organizational design, scale, way of working, and governance, and you support the implementation.

You help make deliberate choices about the mix of in‑house capabilities and partners through a sourcing strategy and partner governance. On Fridays, we come together at the office to develop our practice further. We discuss current market themes and use those conversations to develop our own concepts and approaches. What is required?

You are analytically strong, curious, and driven by substance. You feel at home in complex organizational challenges and know how to identify patterns and formulate clear advice.
