Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. You will collaborate closely with the Canadian Compensation Consulting team and connect with Mercer's broader network of compensation professionals.
This role will be based in the Toronto office preferred but will also consider Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, London, Ottawa, Regina, Vancouver and Winnipeg.
As a Senior Associate in Mercer's Compensation Consulting practice, you will collaborate on challenging compensation and total rewards consulting engagements to support companies of all sizes and across all industries, solve their greatest challenges by designing and implementing workforce strategies that help to attract and retain top talent.
You will take ownership of projects, working directly with clients while overseeing analytical work that informs the design, review, and implementation of workforce and executive compensation programs.
The role also includes contributing to business growth by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating thought leadership materials such as whitepapers and presentations.
Responsibilities Provide consulting services to senior management on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance measurement, and governance and regulatory implications.
