Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 5-7+ years of experience in Oracle delivery, managed services, or enterprise IT services Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll module Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module Strong knowledge of Managed Services delivery frameworks and transition methodologies Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration Demonstrated leadership experience at the Manager level Canadian citizenship required for TN visa eligibility (U.S. travel as needed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
