Support the growth of Businessolver’s Agency by consulting with sales team, clients, and channel management team Engage clients in health and wellbeing strategy Market, assess and place Voluntary Benefits coverage for clients Communicate and partner with insurance companies and brokers Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendor partners Travel or visit insurance companies and clients as necessary Requirements Bachelor's Degree 7+ years work experience in voluntary benefits insurance and/or working with a brokerage required Proven track record working with and closing opportunities with large clients across multiple industries Exposure to account management for core benefit offering Demonstrated experience and knowledge on employer health and wellbeing strategies and of the current landscape of solutions that are driving results Life, Health & Accident licenses are required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment; maintain annually Professional benefit designations preferred Ability to analyze and interpret insurance data Strong data analysis skills Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel up to 30% Relationship building experience necessary Ability to organize and manage multiple projects Desire to develop organizational structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
