As a EDM Consultant , you’ll work to implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. Requirements Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM/Financials/Payroll) and any specialist Capability.
Very good customer focus with experience in a customer‑facing consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs, build relationships, and know when to raise issues. Business proficiency in German and English. Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in a remote working setting.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics. Consulting skills: presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Aware of confidentiality and non‑disclosure policies and always ensuring security of information.
