We’re working with our client to identify a highly skilled IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join their team on a permanent, 100% remote basis in Germany.

Role Overview
• Lead IFS Cloud FSM implementations and upgrades , including configuration, workflow optimisation, and mobile technician solutions.
• Analyse business processes, translate requirements, and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and cross-functional collaboration for multi-country projects.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting to maintain smooth FSM operations.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in IFS Cloud with strong FSM expertise – essential.
• 5+ years’ functional consulting or ERP project experience.
• Fluent in German and English .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process optimisation skills.
• Comfortable working 100% remotely while delivering high-quality results.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with PSO (workforce scheduling) and service/warranty automation.
• Agile project delivery with Jira/Confluence .
• Multi-country rollouts in the DACH region.
