A leading private banking organization is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technical standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines while coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Manage and deliver multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, covering areas such as data centers, networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and collaboration platforms. Define project scope, business and technical requirements, deliverables, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Assess, prioritize, and govern project portfolios based on capacity, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and strategic objectives. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, IT governance frameworks, architecture standards, and infrastructure best practices. Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in IT, including 8–10 years managing complex infrastructure and system software projects.

Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure environments, including networking, storage, UNIX/Linux, Microsoft server technologies, virtualization, databases, monitoring tools, and Citrix. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict control over budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.

Hands‑on experience with data center migrations, infrastructure transformation programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a good understanding of regulatory and operational requirements.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and ITIL Foundation certification or strong ITIL knowledge are highly desirable.
