Location – Germany (Preferably Württemberg). Compensation – Competitive. Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end SAP testing for a large-scale carve-out program and subsequent rollout across Germany and Europe.

The role will focus on ensuring seamless business continuity, system separation, and validation across a complex integrated SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the overall test strategy, approach, and governance for SAP carve-out and rollout programs.

Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go‑Live support. Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and execution tracking mechanisms. Manage testing activities for SAP carve-out programs, ensuring proper system separation and data integrity.

Validate business processes across multiple SAP systems and integrated applications. Ensure minimal disruption and smooth business continuity during transition phases. Act as the primary point of contact for testing across client stakeholders in Germany/Europe. Manage communication across onsite‑offshore delivery model.

Drive defect management lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and closure. Track risks, issues, and dependencies and provide mitigation plans. Ensure readiness of testing environments and integrated systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA and non‑SAP systems). Provide regular test status reports, dashboards, and senior management updates.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and project timelines. Support Go/No‑Go decisions with data‑backed insights. Skills Strong SAP testing project management experience. Proven experience in SAP carve‑out or transformation programs. Good understanding of SAP landscape (ECC/S4, integrations, etc.).
