Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity. • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management. • Extensive experience managing recruitment teams, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting. • Strong understanding of diverse industry sectors and talent acquisition strategies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adept at virtual interaction. • Proficiency in using recruitment technology and virtual collaboration tools.
