Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver IT Due Diligence engagements for strategic and financial sponsors (buy-side and sell-side) Assess IT landscapes, architecture, infrastructure, and applications, identifying risks and deal implications Analyze technology-related costs, technical debt, scalability, and investment requirements Conduct IT and broader technology diagnostics to support value creation initiatives across portfolio companies Translate technical findings into clear commercial insights for investors and deal teams Support pre-deal assessments and post-deal value creation planning Contribute to client deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders Manage workstreams and junior team members across engagements Support business development and the growth of Interpath’s IT Due Diligence capability Proven experience in a consulting environment is required.

Interpath supports Private Equity investors and corporates in assessing, shaping, and unlocking value from IT landscapes through due diligence and technology-driven value creation. The Role As a Manager – IT Due Diligence, you will play a key role in delivering technology-focused engagements for strategic and financial sponsors.

You will lead IT Due Diligence and broader technology assessments across buy-side and sell-side transactions, while also supporting value creation initiatives through IT diagnostics.
