The role combines strong analytical capabilities with client interaction, project leadership, and team coordination. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and deliver IT Due Diligence engagements for strategic and financial sponsors (buy-side and sell-side) /liliAssess IT landscapes, architecture, infrastructure, and applications, identifying risks and deal implications /liliAnalyze technology-related costs, technical debt, scalability, and investment requirements /liliConduct IT and broader technology diagnostics to support value creation initiatives across portfolio companies /liliTranslate technical findings into clear commercial insights for investors and deal teams /liliSupport pre-deal assessments and post-deal value creation planning /liliContribute to client deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders /liliManage workstreams and junior team members across engagements /liliSupport business development and the growth of Interpath’s IT Due Diligence capability /li /ululliProven experience in a consulting environment is required. /liliStrong experience in IT MA, working with strategic and financial sponsors on both buy-side and sell-side engagements /liliProven track record in IT and broader Technology Due Diligence /liliExperience delivering IT/Tech diagnostics for value creation (e.g., portfolio performance improvement, cost optimisation) /liliStrong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and operating models /liliExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact /liliExperience leading workstreams and managing stakeholders /liliFluent French (native or fluent) and English required /li /ulh3Inclusion at Interpath /h3pWe exist to help our clients seize transformational opportunities or to navigate their most difficult challenges, and so we need to draw on the brightest minds from the broadest range of backgrounds to bring the most insightful perspectives. /ppTo do that, it’s essential that it is in our DNA to support and celebrate our people as individuals and that we all have the ability, resources and guidance to achieve our long-term career ambitions.

Interpath supports Private Equity investors and corporates in assessing, shaping, and unlocking value from IT landscapes through due diligence and technology-driven value creation. /ph3The Role /h3pAs a Manager – IT Due Diligence, you will play a key role in delivering technology-focused engagements for strategic and financial sponsors.

You will lead IT Due Diligence and broader technology assessments across buy-side and sell-side transactions, while also supporting value creation initiatives through IT diagnostics.
