• You assume regional responsibility for selected Health markets and serve as the central point of contact for the respective entities • Analyze global health insurance markets and trends to derive strategic implications and identify optimization opportunities for business models and products • Monitor the business performance of Allianz Health entities worldwide and develop concrete measures to improve performance • Lead maturity assessments (e.g., pricing, underwriting, claims, and provider management) together with ADH subject-matter experts • Drive the implementation of regulatory and Group-wide guidelines and own selected governance processes end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination • Develop and steer global growth initiatives in collaboration with Allianz Health entities Requirements • Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, natural sciences, or medicine • 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting and/or the insurance industry • Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional projects, even without formal disciplinary management responsibility • Confident presence when engaging with senior stakeholders and strong persuasion skills • Expertise in Health insurance • Highly analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills • High degree of self-organization, willingness to take full ownership, and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, combined with a hands‑on attitude • Familiarity with AI-based tools for data analysis or market research • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Health Insurance and strategic market analysis, with a strong focus on performance improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive global growth initiatives while utilizing AI-based tools for data analysis.
