• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot inspiration sessions, envisioning formats, and business value workshops • Identify, assess, and prioritize relevant use cases together with business departments, executives, and IT • Develop and implement adoption strategies, communication concepts, training programs, and support formats • Build and support Champions communities, Centers of Excellence, prompt libraries, and continuous learning formats • Define suitable success metrics and evaluate usage, adoption, productivity, and perceived value • Help shape new Copilot services, create proposals, and advise on the responsible, secure, and value-driven use of AI • Design the successful introduction of AI-powered collaboration for customers • Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot with strategic objectives, work scenarios, and the needs of people within organizations • Embed Copilot sustainably into everyday work and ensure measurable value Requirements • Practical experience in adoption, change management, organizational development, learning, or communications in the context of digital transformation • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Confident facilitation of workshops and training sessions • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business scenarios • Experience developing audience-specific communications, learning offerings, and community formats • Understanding of business value, performance measurement, governance, and responsible AI use • Strong team player with a passion for knowledge sharing • Excellent communication skills in German and English • One or more relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MS-900, or willingness to obtain them promptly Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft 365 and Copilot, focusing on adoption strategies, change management, and the development of training programs.
